2025-2026 Discovery Reset Dallas: Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to The Discovery Reset Dallas. By enrolling your child in our program, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure the safety, well-being, and enjoyment of all participants.
2. Program Overview
The Discovery Reset Dallas is a creative and educational program designed for children aged 5-12, providing opportunities for them to engage in educational activities, creative arts, and group interactions. The program will be held on Saturday mornings from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM, at the Las Colinas Heights Apartment Clubhouse, and is free of charge for families.
3. Program Rules and Behavior
Behavioral Expectations: Parents and guardians are expected to support the program’s policies regarding respectful interactions with peers and staff, and active participation in activities.
Consequences of Misbehavior: If a child’s behavior is disruptive or poses a safety risk, the program reserves the right to remove the child after consulting with the parent/guardian.
4. Health and Emergency
Medical Emergencies: You grant permission for program staff to seek medical treatment in case of emergency, and agree to cover any related costs.
Health Information: Parents must disclose any known allergies, medical conditions, or behavioral needs during enrollment to ensure appropriate care.
5. Program Modifications and Cancellations
Changes to Schedule or Activities: The program may modify its schedule or activities in response to unforeseen circumstances. Parents will be notified of any significant changes.
Program Cancellation: In the event of inclement weather or emergencies, the program may be canceled, and parents will be notified by text or email.
6. Health and Safety Measures
The program will follow health and safety protocols, including hand-washing, sanitation stations, and any necessary measures for the well-being of all participants. COVID-19 guidelines will be followed if applicable.
7. Child’s Clothing
Please ensure your child wears comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes, especially for hands-on activities that may get messy or involve physical movement.
8. Emergency Contact and Authorized Pickup Information
It is essential that parents maintain up-to-date emergency contact details and authorized pickup persons. If there are any changes to this information, parents must inform the program staff immediately.
9. Drop-Off and Pick-Up Policy
Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring timely drop-off and pick-up. Any late pick-up may incur an additional fee.
10. Consent for Photography and Video
By enrolling your child, you consent to your child being photographed or videotaped for program-related purposes. If you do not consent, please notify the program coordinators in writing prior to the program.
11. Responsibilities and Waiver of Liability 
By enrolling your child in The Discovery Reset Dallas, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Program Participation: Your child will be participating in various activities, including STEM projects, art, group games, and mindfulness exercises. While the program will take precautions to ensure safety, inherent risks remain.
Property and Physical Damage: Neither The Discovery Reset Dallas, TAM Residential, or Las Colinas Heights  will be held liable for property damage or physical injuries sustained during the program.
Supervision and Safety: The program provides adequate supervision, but cannot be held responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages.
12. Privacy and Confidentiality
All personal information provided through registration is confidential and used solely for program purposes. We will not share or distribute your information without consent.
13. No Liability for Lost or Stolen Items
The Discovery Reset Dallas is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items.
14. Agreement to Terms
By enrolling your child, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms are binding for all parties involved, including parents, guardians, and children.
15. Photography Opt-Out
Parents who do not consent to having their child photographed or recorded for promotional or program-related purposes must notify the program coordinators in writing prior to the start of the program.
16. Program Feedback and Complaints
